 Any Custom Figurine orders that you have contacted us, please be aware that we need at least 3 weeks notice. For personalised items (Table numbers, Gift Tags and Place Names) production time is 3-5 days*

PICK-UP ORDER

PICK UP HOURS - Mon to Fri 9:30am to 10:45am LALOR, VIC 3075

If your not able to come in that time frame, please arrange for another day for pick up within those time as scheduled. When you have placed your order for pick up, a confirmation email will be sent along with the pick up address.

ACRYLIC TOPPERS

When placing your order for custom cake toppers, please give at least 1-2 weeks upon ordering online to be able to have your topper ready on time. Any last minute orders, express post is preferred for your order to arrive on time. Please ensure that you have the correct name spelling/age and colour when filling out the sections for your custom made acrylic cake topper. What will be typed will be done as written on your cake topper. If any error in spelling from customer, Sweet Sugar Creations will not be accountable.

FIGURINE TOPPERS

All figurines are made from fondant (sugar paste) and can be easily placed on your cake. Please note that the toppers are NON-EDBILE as they contain cocktail sticks and wires for support. For storing them, make sure that the toppers are away from direct sunlight as colour may vary. Make sure you place them in a cool place and NOT in the fridge as they can wet due to condensation. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship all across Australia. With every order that's shipped it will include a tracking number that will be sent to you.

We have available REGULAR POSTAGE and EXPRESS POSTAGE. 

When your order is dropped off at the post office, if your order doesn't make it in time/delayed, Sweet Sugar Creations will not be reliable for Australia Post services.

Make sure you have the correct postal address when filling out the details. Every package is safely packaged before posting. Sweet Sugar Creations will not be responsible for any damage during transit. If product is damaged there will be no refund for damaged items to mishandling from Australia Post.
